I'm Jonathon. Competing as a two-sport athlete at UChicago, earning graduate degrees from Cornell and Northwestern while working full-time, and building a career on delivering results under pressure has given me a robust set of skills that help solve the root cause of all sorts of business problems while working with teams in highly productive manners.

Over 7 years, I've moved from procurement consulting to e-commerce operations to product management, leading teams of 40+, managing transformations affecting 650+ people, and driving $14M+ in measurable value. Each role required rapid learning and adaptation to new industries, systems, and stakeholder dynamics and I leverage that skillset to quickly onboard with new teams, new problems, and get right to work.
